What is a stewarDship lot?
A Stewardship lot is your own private parcel of land with a large 2,000m² building envelope for your to build your dream home. The land outside of the building envelope is managed for ecological preservation, with the benefit of a fully funded conservation plan. That’s right, you will actually be paid to increase the biodiversity of your land!
